These are the top 4 Orlando Florida theme park attractions from our experience. Orlando has a huge number of other attractions as well, including shopping, beaches, and gardens.
1. Walt Disney World – Disney World contains quite a number of theme parks, the top four being Animal Kingdom, The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. One can stay for a week or two on or near the grounds of Walt Disney World and not run out of fun things to do with the family.
2. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure go hand in hand as a great pair of theme parks to visit. Each park takes up to a day and a half to experience, so 2-3 days will ensure a spectacular visit for the family.
3. Sea World Orlando offers many shows and experiences. The first Sea World theme park opened in San Diego and then the Florida location opened in 1973. because there are many aquatic and water shows which take time to view, it can take a couple days to see everything with the family.
4. Although also created and run by Sea World, we’re including Discovery Cove as a separate item due to the unique nature of the park. It is a five star experience for around 1000 people a day. There is a lagoon, stingray pool, dolphin lagoon, tropical bird aviary, and more!

1. Book travel with a credit card that offers protection. For example, often American Express extends warranties and offers other travel protection.
2. Shop around. Even though it would seem Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia and others would have the same offering and rates, it isn’t true. They often have different arrangements for rates, terms, and pricing.
3. You don’t need to book far in advance to save money. Sometimes a great deal can be gotten close or far.
