Fitness Tips During Travel

Fitness does not have to be difficult during travel. In fact, fitness during a trip can be great to utilize downtime.
1. Try isometric tightening while flying
2. Walk
3. Eat smaller portions than usual
4. Stretch for a few minutes in the morning and evening
5. Find a place to work out with a local gym or gym at your hotel
6. Run
7. Get a book or buy items for portable workouts
